Admin view and Workspace view
Admin view is the organization-level area where Admins manage Workspaces, Team members, and organization details. After sign-in, Admins land here by default. See Admin view overview and Permissions. Workspace view is where Campaigns, Audiences, Destinations, Pixels, Reports, and Workspace tags live. Admins can open every Workspace in the organization. Marketers only see Workspaces they were invited to. In a workspace you can access, both roles have full permissions for workspace work.Reusable assets
In Wrango, some items are built to be reused. You configure them once and attach them to as many Campaigns as you need. Audiences, Destinations, and Pixels all work this way, and teams typically call them assets. Setting these up well up front pays off in three ways: less rework on each new campaign, consistent measurement across the campaigns that use them, and faster launches once the foundation is in place. Workspace tags are not assets. They label and organize Audiences, Campaigns, Destination seats, and Pixels without affecting how those items run.Core building blocks
Audience
An Audience of HCPs built from your data or Wrango data, processed before use in Campaigns.
Destination
An external advertising platform where Audiences are activated. Each Destination can have multiple seats.
Pixel
Tracking on a brand website for campaign attribution and optional PLD Resolution in website reporting.
Workspace tag
A flexible label to organize Audiences, Campaigns, and other workspace items.
Campaign
A customer-defined initiative that targets Audiences, runs on Destination seats, and optional reporting upgrades.
Reports
Campaign reporting
Performance tables for a single active campaign across destinations.
Website reporting
Performance tables for site activity from an active pixel.
Script Lift report
Prescribing impact for Active campaigns with Script Lift Reporting & Offline Conversion Events enabled.
A typical first-time path
Set up your workspace
An Admin creates Workspaces and invites Marketers from Admin view. See Workspaces in Admin view and Team.
Build or import an audience
In Workspace view, open Audiences and import a CSV or build from Wrango data. Wait until the audience is Campaign Ready.
Connect destinations and create pixels
Add destination seats for the platforms you plan to use. Create a pixel if you need website reporting or attribution.
Create and publish a campaign
Run the Create Campaign Flow: attach Campaign Ready audiences, Active destination seats, a schedule, and any reporting options you need. Turn on Script Lift Reporting & Offline Conversion Events here if you plan to run a Script Lift report later. You cannot add that upgrade after the campaign is Active.
Retrieve Deal IDs and activate
After publish, copy Deal IDs from Campaign details when they appear and follow Deal IDs and how to use them to activate in your DSP.
Review results in Reports
Open Reports to build Campaign reporting, Website reporting, or open a Script Lift report after you create one for an Active campaign with Script Lift enabled.
