The Team page in Admin view has two tabs: Active Members and Invitations. Use it to invite people, change roles, assign Marketers to Workspaces, revoke pending invites, and remove members from Edit Permissions. Role behavior is summarized on Permissions.

Invite new members

1

Open Team

In Admin view, choose Team in the sidebar.
2

Start an invite

Click Invite Team Members in the page header. A dialog opens titled Invite Teammates.
3

Enter emails

In Email, add one or more addresses using the tag input.
4

Choose a role

Under Role, pick Marketer or Admin. Marketer means workspace-level access to campaigns, audiences, and reports, without user management. Admin means full access across Workspaces plus managing users and Workspaces.
5

Assign workspaces for Marketers

If you chose Marketer, use Assign Workspace(s). Add Workspaces with Add Workspace, search in the popover, and remove a Workspace chip with its remove control. At least one Workspace is required for Marketers.
6

Send the invite

Click Send Invite. A success toast reads Invites have been sent to your team! Close the dialog with Cancel if you need to leave without sending.

Change roles or workspace access

1

Open Active Members

On Team, stay on the Active Members tab.
2

Open Edit Permissions

In the member row, open the menu via the ellipsis (…) and choose Edit Permissions. You cannot edit your own row this way.
3

Review the dialog

The dialog title shows the member name and an Active badge.
4

Adjust role and workspaces

Change Role between Marketer and Admin. For Marketer, update Assign Workspace(s) the same way as in the invite flow. Removing Workspaces can trigger a follow-up confirmation titled Remove … workspace access? with Remove from workspace to confirm.
5

Save

Click Update Permissions to save. A toast reads User permissions have been updated. Use Cancel to close without saving.

Remove a member from the organization

Use the destructive control inside Edit Permissions (not the row menu on the table).
1

Open Edit Permissions

On Active Members, open the row menu via the ellipsis (…) for the member (not yourself) and choose Edit Permissions.
2

Start delete from organization

In the footer of the permissions form, click Delete from followed by your organization name.
3

Confirm in the dialog

A confirmation opens titled Remove … from the organization? It explains that access to all Workspaces is revoked and that you can re-invite the person later. Click Remove from organization to confirm. A success toast names the person and states they were removed.

Invitations tab

Switch to the Invitations tab to see columns Email, Role, Invited On, Workspaces, Status, and Expires On. Use Search on email and the Status filter (Accepted, Pending, Revoked).

Revoke an invitation

1

Open the row menu

Find a Pending invitation. Open the row menu for that row via the ellipsis (…).
2

Choose Revoke Invitation

Select Revoke Invitation. It is disabled unless the invitation is still Pending.
