The Audiences dashboard lives in Workspace view. It is where you review saved Audiences, start a new Import or Builder flow, and open audience details. In a workspace you can access, both admins and marketers can use this page. See Permissions.

What the dashboard shows

The main table shows one row per Audience. Select a row to open the audience details side panel.

Table columns

  • Audience shows the saved audience name. This is the primary label you use to find and recognize audiences in the workspace.
  • Status shows where the audience is in its lifecycle, such as Draft, Processing, Campaign Ready, or Error. See Statuses for what each status means.
  • Active Reach shows how many healthcare practitioners in the audience have been matched and are available for digital activation. This number appears after processing has started and reflects the portion of the audience that can be used in campaigns.
  • Type shows how the audience was created. Import means the audience came from an uploaded CSV of NPIs. Builder means the audience was created from Wrango data using traits, rules, and exclusions.
  • Tag shows the Workspace tags applied to the audience. Tags help you organize and filter audiences within the workspace.
  • Date Created shows when the audience was created and who created it. The date appears on the first line, and the creator name appears below it.

Search, filter, and sort

Use the controls above the table to narrow the list:
  • Search to find an Audience by name.
  • Tags to filter by Workspace tags.
  • All types to switch between Import and Builder.
  • All dates to limit the created date range.
The dashboard also groups the list by status with tabs such as All Audiences, Drafts, Processing, and Campaign Ready.

Statuses

The Status column and the status tabs help you understand where each Audience is in its lifecycle.
  • Draft means the audience has been created but has not been processed yet.
  • Processing means Wrango is validating and matching NPIs, generating the initial match data.
  • Campaign Ready means the audience has completed processing and is ready to activate in campaigns.
  • Error means the audience failed due to a processing error.
You can sort columns by:
  • Audience
  • Date Created
The dashboard is paginated when your workspace has more results than fit on one page.

Start a new audience

Click Create Audience in the page header to open the two audience creation paths.

Import your own list

Upload a CSV of NPIs when you already know exactly which healthcare professionals you want to reach.

Build with Wrango data

Create an audience from Wrango data when you want to define rules, traits, and exclusions in the product.

Audience details side panel

Select any audience row to open the audience details side panel. At the top of the side panel, Wrango shows:
  • The audience name.
  • The current status badge.
  • The created date.
  • The team member who created the audience.
  • A delete action.
  • An Edit button for draft audiences or an Open button that takes you to the Audience detail page for processed audiences.
The side panel includes three tabs:

About

The About tab shows the editable audience details form. From here, you can review or update:
  • The audience type.
  • The audience name.
  • The description.
  • The Workspace tags.
If you change any of these fields, the side panel footer shows Discard changes and Save actions.

Status & Reach

The Status & Reach tab shows a status timeline and the current reach metrics for the audience. The timeline follows the same progression used in the dashboard:
  • Draft shows that the audience was created but not yet processed.
  • Processing shows that Wrango is still validating, matching, or syncing the audience.
  • Campaign Ready shows that the audience is complete and ready for activation.
Depending on the audience status, this tab can show:
  • Total HCPs.
  • Active Reach.
  • Match Rate.
  • Ready for Activation.
If processing fails, this tab shows a processing error state.

Campaigns

The Campaigns tab shows whether the audience has been added to any campaigns. If it has not been used yet, the panel shows an empty state and a Go to Campaigns button.

Empty state

If your workspace has no Audiences yet, the page shows an empty state with Create your first audience and a Create Audience button to start the first build.
