The Workspaces item under Admin view lists every Workspace in your organization. Only admins can use this page to add, rename, or remove Workspaces.

Create a workspace

Open Workspaces in Admin view

In the Admin view sidebar, choose Workspaces.

Start a new workspace

Click New Workspace in the page header (or Create Workspace when the empty state is shown). A dialog opens titled Create a new Workspace.

Fill in the form

Add an optional logo using the upload control, then enter Workspace Name.

Submit or close

Click Create Workspace to save, or Cancel / Close depending on whether you changed anything.

Edit a workspace

Open menu via the ellipsis (...)

On the Workspaces grid, find the Workspace card and open its menu via the ellipsis (…).

Choose Edit Workspace

Select Edit Workspace. A dialog opens titled Edit Workspace.

Update fields

Use Upload Logo / Replace Logo and Workspace Name.

Save or discard

Click Save Changes to apply updates, or Discard Changes / Close when you are done. A success toast reads Workspace updated successfully after a save.

Delete a workspace

Open menu via the ellipsis (...)

On the Workspaces grid, find the Workspace you want to remove and open its menu via the ellipsis (…).

Choose Delete Workspace

Select Delete Workspace. A confirmation dialog appears titled Delete this workspace?.

Confirm with your email

Enter your email in the field labeled Please type in your email to confirm. Choose Delete workspace to confirm, or Cancel to go back. After deletion, a toast reads Workspace deleted successfully.

Workspace-level settings admins control

Only admins can reach this Workspaces admin screen to create, edit, or delete Workspaces. Marketers cannot manage Workspaces at the organization level. The grid can show Workspace tags as chips on each card when tags exist. Tag creation and editing happen in Workspace view, not on this admin list.
