The Campaigns dashboard lives in Workspace view under Activation in the left navigation. It is where you review Campaigns, open the Create Campaign Flow, and view campaign details. In a workspace you can access, both admins and marketers can use this page. See Permissions.

What the dashboard shows

The main table shows one row per Campaign.

Table columns

  • Campaign shows the campaign name. When start and end dates are set, the flight range appears below the name (for example, Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2026).
  • Status shows where the campaign is in its lifecycle. See Statuses.
  • Total Spend shows spend to date with a sparkline trend.
  • Impressions shows impression volume with a sparkline trend.
  • HCPs Reached shows how many healthcare professionals the campaign reached.
  • Avg Frequency shows average frequency per HCP
Draft campaigns show inactive sparklines and no delivery metrics. Performance metrics load from Wrango after a campaign is published. Non-draft rows may show a loading state while stats are fetched.

Search, filter, and sort

Use the controls above the table to narrow the list:
  • Search to find a Campaign by name.
  • Tags to filter by Workspace tags applied to the campaign.
  • All dates to limit the created date range. The default range is the last 28 days.
When a date range or tag filter is active, click Clear filters to reset both. Status tabs group the list:
  • All Campaigns
  • Drafts
  • Processing
  • Active
You can sort any column in the table. The default sort is newest first by created date. The dashboard is paginated at 10 campaigns per page when your workspace has more results than fit on one page. Sparklines respect the selected created-date range.

Statuses

Campaigns move through three main statuses:
  • Draft means the campaign has not been submitted yet. It is still in the Create Campaign Flow.
  • Processing means the campaign has been published and Wrango is still processing it.
  • Active means processing is complete and the campaign is active.
