# Campaigns dashboard

> Use the Campaigns dashboard in Workspace view to search, filter, review performance, and start a new campaign

The **Campaigns** dashboard lives in **Workspace view** under **Activation** in the left navigation. It is where you review **Campaigns**, open the Create Campaign Flow, and view campaign details. In a workspace you can access, both **admins** and **marketers** can use this page. See [Permissions](/permissions).

## What the dashboard shows

The main table shows one row per **Campaign**.

### Table columns

* **Campaign** shows the campaign name. When start and end dates are set, the flight range appears below the name (for example, `Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2026`).
* **Status** shows where the campaign is in its lifecycle. See [Statuses](#statuses).
* **Total Spend** shows spend to date with a sparkline trend.
* **Impressions** shows impression volume with a sparkline trend.
* **HCPs Reached** shows how many healthcare professionals the campaign reached.
* **Avg Frequency** shows average frequency per HCP

Draft campaigns show inactive sparklines and no delivery metrics.

Performance metrics load from Wrango after a campaign is published. Non-draft rows may show a loading state while stats are fetched.

## Search, filter, and sort

Use the controls above the table to narrow the list:

* **Search** to find a **Campaign** by name.
* **Tags** to filter by **Workspace tags** applied to the campaign.
* **All dates** to limit campaigns to those that were active in the selected range. The default range is the last 28 days.

When a date range or tag filter is active, click **Clear filters** to reset both.

Status tabs group the list:

* **All Campaigns**
* **Drafts**
* **Processing**
* **Active**

You can sort any column in the table. The default sort is newest first by created date.

The dashboard is paginated at 10 campaigns per page when your workspace has more results than fit on one page.

Sparklines and performance metrics respect the selected date range.

## Statuses

Campaigns move through three main statuses:

* **Draft** means the campaign has not been submitted yet. It is still in the Create Campaign Flow.
* **Processing** means the campaign has been published and Wrango is still processing it.
* **Active** means processing is complete and the campaign is active.

## Entry points

From the **Campaigns** dashboard you can:

* Click **Create campaign** in the page header to open the [Create Campaign Flow](/campaigns/create).
* Click a **Draft** row to resume the builder where you left off.
* Click any non-draft row to open the [Campaign details](/campaigns/details) page.

There is no side panel on this page. Row click is the primary way to open a campaign.

## Common actions

From the **Campaigns** dashboard you can:

* Create a new campaign
* Search and filter the list
* Sort table columns
* Open a draft in the Create Campaign Flow
* Open a published campaign on the details page

## Empty state

If your workspace has no **Campaigns** yet, the page shows **Create your first campaign** with a **Create Campaign** button that opens the [Create Campaign Flow](/campaigns/create).
