# Create Campaign Flow

> Walk through the Create Campaign Flow to attach audiences, destinations, reporting options, and publish a campaign

The **Create Campaign Flow** is a multi-step builder in **Workspace view**. You configure a **Campaign**, attach existing **Audiences**, **Destination** seats, and optional **Pixels**, then publish. Both **admins** and **marketers** can use this flow in any workspace they can access. See [Permissions](/permissions).

Start from **Campaigns** by clicking **Create campaign**, or resume a **Draft** from the [Campaigns dashboard](/campaigns/dashboard).

## Flow overview

The builder header shows **Create a new Campaign** with a **Draft** status badge while you work.

Six steps appear in the header:

1. **Campaign details**
2. **Audience**
3. **Schedule**
4. **Destinations**
5. **Reporting options**
6. **Review & publish**

A **Campaign Pricing** panel stays visible on the right throughout the flow. It estimates fees based on the audiences and destinations you add, and whether **Script Lift Reporting & Offline Conversion Events** is enabled.

## Step 1: Campaign details

On the first screen, enter:

* **Campaign name** (required)
* **Description** (optional)
* **Tags** (optional **Workspace tags**)

Click **Save & continue** to create a draft campaign and move to **Audience**.

If you close the builder before saving, Wrango shows **Discard Campaign** with the option to **Exit** without saving.

## Step 2: Audience

Title: **Select audience(s)**

Add at least one existing **Audience** to the campaign.

* Click **Add existing audience(s)** to open the picker.
* Search with **Search audiences**.
* Confirm with **Add audiences**.

**Required:** at least one audience. If you continue without one, Wrango shows **Please select at least one audience to continue**.

### Which audiences can be added

The picker lists audiences with status **Campaign Ready** only. An audience reaches **Campaign Ready** when it has been submitted and processing is complete.

Audiences that are not **Campaign Ready** do not appear in the picker. Finish or fix the audience from the [Audiences dashboard](/audiences/dashboard) before adding it here.

## Step 3: Schedule

Title: **Set the schedule**

Set:

* **Campaign start date** (required). Dates before today are disabled.
* **Campaign end date** (required). The end date must be on or after the start date.

**Required:** both dates. Missing values show **A campaign start date is required to continue.** or **A campaign end date is required to continue.**

## Step 4: Destinations

Title: **Select destinations**

Add at least one **Destination** seat where the campaign will run.

* Click **Add existing destination** to open **Add an existing Destination Seat**.
* Choose a **Destination**, then a **Seat**.
* Click **Continue** to add the seat to the campaign.

**Required:** at least one seat. If you continue without one, Wrango shows **Please select at least one destination to continue**.

Each added seat card shows the destination name, **Seat name**, **Ad Account ID** (when present), destination-specific fields, **Tags**, and a remove control. Only **Active** seats can be added.

To connect a new platform or seat before building the campaign, use the [Add a destination seat](/destinations/add-seat) flow from **Destinations**.

## Step 5: Reporting options

Title: **Reporting options**

Both reporting upgrades are optional. You can leave both toggles off and continue.

### Website Reporting

Toggle **Website Reporting** to attribute website visits to the campaign.

When enabled, you must add an **Active** **Pixel**:

* Click **Add existing** under **Add pixel**.
* Search with **Search pixels** and select a pixel.

If **Website Reporting** is on but no pixel is selected, Wrango shows **Missing pixel** with **To continue with Website Attribution enabled, a pixel must be added.**

Basic website analytics are included at no cost when a pixel is installed. Practitioner-identity fields in website reporting (such as **NPI**, **Specialty**, and **Practice Location**) require **PLD Resolution** on the pixel you attach.

### Script Lift Reporting & Offline Conversion Events

Toggle **Script Lift Reporting & Offline Conversion Events** to measure prescribing impact and unlock paid campaign reporting fields such as **Gross TRX**, **Gross NRX**, **New Patients**, and **New Prescribers**.

When enabled, this campaign can be added to a new or existing Script Lift report from the Reports menu. You do not link a Script Lift report in this step. After the campaign is active, add it when you [create a Script Lift report](/reports/script-lift/create) from **Reports**.

## Step 6: Review & publish

Title: **Review & publish**

Review summary cards for **Campaign details**, **Audience**, **Schedule**, **Destinations**, and **Reporting options** (when any reporting toggle is on).

Click **Publish Campaign** to submit the campaign.

After publish:

* All steps are marked complete and fields are read-only.
* The campaign moves to **Processing**.
* Wrango opens the **Campaign Published** dialog.

## Campaign Published

The success dialog shows:

* **Campaign Published**
* Sync timing: destinations may take up to **60 minutes** to reflect the campaign depending on the platform.
* **Campaign ready in 24-48 hours**
* Copy about using **Deal IDs** to locate the campaign in its destination platform.
* A **Deal IDs** section. Deal IDs populate here once campaign processing is complete. Until then, Wrango shows **Deal IDs will be available once campaign processing is complete.**

<Note>
  Deal IDs apply to certain **Destination** types only. Depending on the destinations in your campaign, Deal IDs may not be provided.
</Note>

See [Deal IDs and how to use them](/campaigns/deal-ids) for DSP activation steps. You can also copy Deal IDs from the [Campaign details](/campaigns/details) page.

Click **View all campaigns** to return to the [Campaigns dashboard](/campaigns/dashboard).

Once processing finishes, the campaign status becomes **Active**.

## Delete a draft

While the campaign is a **Draft**, you can delete it from the builder header actions. **Processing** and **Active** campaigns cannot be deleted.
